I’m a staff software engineer with 14+ years building enterprise software and open-source AI tools. I started with bash and grep in 2011, moved into cloud infrastructure when OpenStack was new, and now work at the seam between natural language and systems, building AI agents and developer tooling.

I created llmswap, a provider-agnostic LLM toolkit with 41K+ downloads, and I build AI agents, developer tools, and infrastructure experiments. My hackathon work placed Top 15 of 70,000+ at the Meta × Hugging Face × PyTorch OpenEnv hackathon and Top 50 at the Anthropic + Accel hackathon.

What I care about

Reliable software, good developer experience, and tools that earn a place in someone’s daily workflow. I like working close to real production systems, and I’ve learned the most from watching them break, and fixing them, at scale.

Experience

IBM, Staff Software Engineer (2019 to present) Product engineering on enterprise software, working across large-scale platform features used by customers worldwide.

UST Global, Systems Analyst (2018 to 2019) Built a customer-interaction platform integrating AWS Connect, Transcribe and Comprehend for real-time call processing and sentiment analysis.

Poornam Info Vision, Senior Software Engineer L2 (2011 to 2018) Led cloud-management product development and architected an OpenStack-based billing platform, cutting customer onboarding from 2 days to 2 hours.

Background

B.Tech in Information Technology, Cochin University of Science & Technology. Based in Bengaluru, India.

From above

Lately I’ve taken up flying, a DJI Mini 5 Pro over the green ridges near home. I see the truth from above: every path that looks impossible from the ground is obvious from the air. I’ve learned to live from that altitude, to see my whole life as one landscape, not one hard step at a time.

I seem to like the view from up there in general. I’ve also flown the world’s longest urban zipline, a 1 km descent from 170 metres above Dubai Marina.
